ABT NEWS EXCLUSIVE — It was a fight for survival that defied the odds! Heroic Indian Flydubai Captain Smit Machchhar has broken his silence after fighting off a savage attack by his own copilot during a terrifying suspected hijacking attempt this past Wednesday.

The crazed co-pilot, once subdued and tied up by the heroic passengers and crew, began frantically shouting at the aircrew, “kill me, kill me!”. Netanyahu confirmed the attacker was undeniably suicidal, stating he was “apparently trying to crash” the plane.
With the attacker hogtied by the furious passengers, two reserve pilots who happened to be onboard swooped in, took the controls, and miraculously landed the plane safely at Tabuk Airport in north-western Saudi Arabia at 06:58 local time.

Netanyahu hailed him on Fox News as a “true hero,” while Prime Minister Modi praised his “courage, patience and quick decision-making” that saved countless lives. Indian social media has been completely awash with praise for the heroic captain, and the Indian embassy in the UAE reported they were “very reassured” to meet with him as he recovers.
As the UAE launches a full-scale investigation into whether the terrifying incident was linked to terrorist activity, Machchhar remains unbroken. Refusing to be a victim, the titan of the skies declared, “I am not looking at this wound like a wound because that would make my recovery even more difficult. I am looking at it as a journey which is slowly going on and will take time but I am confident that the recovery will be there and I will become fit and healthy again”.
